What are Marketing Credits?
Marketing Credits are used for sending Newsletters.
We use a Third Party service to send Newsletters to avoid Spam filters and allow message tracking, which incurs a charge. Tracking includes; which of your clients have clicked on it, how many times they have opened, whether any contacts have unsubscribed, and emails that have ‘bounced’ (unable to be sent).
The first 250 emails sent in any marketing campaign are included as a part of your monthly subscription. However, any additional emails will be charged at the cost of 1 credit per 40 emails.
Marketing credits purchased on the monthly plan are not carried over from month to month - they expire at the end of each calendar month.
Alternatively, you can purchase 1000 credits once-off at a price of £70 + VAT, which do not expire at the end of the month.

Effective from 25th October 2024. All pricing is in Great British Pound (GBP) and is exclusive of VAT.
Any unused marketing credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over into the next month.

How are campaign emails calculated?
The first 250 emails sent in any single Newsletter campaign are included as a part of your monthly subscription. After that, 1 credit = 40 emails.
Do credits roll over?
No, the credits from Monthly Plans are reset at the end of each calendar month. Any unused marketing credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over into the next month.
When are credit charges applied?
Credit charges only apply to SMS messages and to emails sent using Rex’s email campaign system. No charge will apply for either.
How do I change my plan?
You can easily change your plan by contacting our support team (support@rexsoftware.com). Fees and terms apply.
Can I use WhatsApp?
You can use the messaging tool WhatsApp to communicate with your contacts via the Stitch AI integration. For more details please contact the Rex sales team.
What happens if I need more credits?
If you’re running low and you need a top-up of credits you can purchase extra credits at the following rate:
+ £70 per 1,000 additional credits
† Additional prepaid credits do not expire and will roll over into the next calendar month.
Can I use Marketing Credits for SMS?
No, our marketing credits are just for Newsletters. For SMS, check out our available integrations via Local SMS & Service Integration
