Use the REINZ Integration to seamlessly create and manage REINZ forms directly within Rex CRM.
Follow the below steps to use the REINZ integration and create your forms;
- Open the relevant Listing
- Open the 'Legal' tab
- Hover over the Contract and click the dropdown arrow
- Select 'Manage REINZ Forms'
- Click the Red 'Plus' button to 'create new form'
- Select your 'Form Template' from the dropdown menu and enter your 'Form Name'
- Click 'Next'. Relevant data will automatically pull into the form based on the data entered on the Listing record.
- Complete your form as required and 'Publish'
These forms will mirror the final REINZ PDF layout which can help to simplify reviews and ensure consistency.
