Rex allows you to resend your Viewing Confirmation if needed be.
Please see the steps below on how you can resend the confirmation messages:
- Go to the related Viewing Appointment
- Untick each of the ‘guest’ and ‘listing owners’ confirmation box
- Hit Save
- Click View/Edit again of the Viewing Appointment
- This time tick each of the ‘guest’ and ‘listing owners’ confirmation box again
- Hit Save
- The system will prompt you to send confirmation messages again to either one or both of your guest/s and owner/s
Important Note: The appointment will need to be Confirmed by both the Vendor and Guest in order to resend the appointment confirmation.
