Aside from Listing and Contact records, Rex also allows you to add Feedback via the Calendar Appointment.
Please see below steps on how to add the feedback.
- You can either run the Viewings to Follow Up report or go to your Calendar and click on the appointment you would like to add the feedback against
- A pop-up box will show that contains the details of the appointment
- On the lower right-hand side of the screen, you will see the Feedback & valuations section
- Click on the red "+" button to add feedback
- Enter the Feedback Type
- Enter the Date
- Enter the Agent
- Enter the feedback of the guest on the listing
- Hit Save
PLEASE NOTE: Approve for Reporting is automatically ticked when adding feedback that allows agents to have the feedback pulled across on the vendor report. If not needed, you can just untick the box.
