Can I Edit the Sales Memo Cover Email?

The Sales Memorandum itself cannot be modified, as Rex uses a standardised template for this document. However, adding Memorandum Notes or including a cover email with the attached Sales Memorandum can provide an opportunity to share any additional information you wish to include.

To customise the Sales Memorandum cover email template, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Tracks, Merges & Brochures.
3. Click on Email Merges.
4. You can duplicate the default Rex Sales Memorandum cover email. For details on how to do this, refer to the guide on - Merge Templates: Duplicating an Existing Letter/Email/SMS Merge):
   

1. Edit the duplicate template accordingly.
2. Once the duplicate template is done, you can hide the Rex default template if you no longer wish to use it:
   

Please Note: Super Admin users can amend the template at an account level.

Can I edit my cover email before sending?

Got a small tweak to make to the email before sending out? No problem, Rex has got you! You can still edit the content of the Sales Memo emails on-the-fly:

1. Once you have chosen the template on the Send Sales Memo screen, just kindly click the dropdown beside Change Template and choose Edit Template:
   
2. You'll then have a pop-up box that will allow you to edit the cover email:
