Privacy Policy
If you would like the open home attendees to have access to your Privacy Policy when they check-in via the QR Code:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings
- Click Open Homes
- Scroll down to Self Check-in Privacy Policy
- Paste the link
- Click Save Changes

If you're working within a Rex account where you cannot view the Contact Records of your colleagues - you might want to consider editing the settings for the QR Code. To customise your QR Code's automation with merging and/or creating new Contact Records, follow the steps below.
- In the top right-hand corner of Rex, click on the icon that shows your initials (eg "RT") or your Profile Picture
- Click Open Homes
Here you have three options:
- Contacts that I own - if you check-in a contact and you do NOT own the Contact Record, it will create a duplicate Contact Record for this person
- Contacts where I have update rights - if you check-in a contact and you do NOT own the Contact Record or have Update permission (to edit their record), it will create a duplicate Contact Record for this person
- Any Contact - the contact will be merged with their pre-existing Contact Record regardless if you own or can edit the record. *This is the recommended setting as it will not create duplicates in your system
