Can we please change someone's login details to new agent’s?
For security reasons, this is not something the Customer Care team can action on your behalf. The user with access to that particular email will need to update the user's details through that user's login - to do this; Change login details.
How can I update my personal details?
You'll be able to action this through your Profile within Rex - Profile details.
Please Note: Only the user with access to that profile can update these details within Rex.
This agent can’t action something, what do I do?
This is most likely due to their permissions of their user - You can check if they have the required permissions by going to Users & Security > Selecting the specific user > Going to Privileges > Switch to advanced Privilege mode;
You'll then be able to go through the permissions to search for the specific one.
If you enable permissions for a user, they will then need to Reload their Rex account for the changes to take effect.
