Due to how specific postcodes can be in the UK, Rex allows you to add your property records into the system by the way of a postcode search. This allows you to search for all property records that would be on a particular street/within a smaller area of the postcode so you can then add them to your database.
There are a few places in Rex where you can do this, essentially you can find the Address Lookup button anywhere you can create a new property record from. A few examples would be:
- From the Global Search
- Related Properties Menu
- Offers & Chains
To Use the Address Lookup:
- Go to the Global Add Button
- Select Add Property
- Click the Address Lookup button
- Enter in your Postcode and then search for the addresses related to the postcode
- Click Done
- Fill out the rest of your property info, click Add Property
