Follow the below steps to add Merge Templates to be used on your Referrals:
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Tracks, Merge & Brochures'
- Open 'Email Merges'
- Click the 'plus' button in the top left to add a new template
At this point, you'll need to give your template a name, and hit 'Done' - this will open your new template.
In order for the template to become available in your Referrals, the 'Referral' option must be selected in the 'Module' dropdown.
While you have the template open, you can also add;
- The template description
- The email subject line
- The email text
The information entered here will be automatically added whenever the current template is used on a Referral.
'Save Changes' when you're happy with the details entered here.
