Substantiation Checks

Once an offer has been made, you can collect data for the potential buyer for the purposes of substantiation, and ID for Anti-Money Laundering checks

To start this:

1. Go to your the contact record of your purchaser
2. In the Right-hand pane under Identity Checks, click To be substantiated (note that this status will change, once you start adding details)
3. In the new popup, you'll be taken to the Substantiation tab - fill out the required fields
4. At the bottom, add any documents you need to store - once the checks have come back, you can hover over the document and change the status.
5. Below this, you can limit the substantiation to a specific offer, if the buyer has multiple offers
6. Next, go into the Substantiation Details tab
7. Fill out the details
8. Click Save when you're finished

If you wish to add another Substantiation:

1. Go back into the one you created
2. Click the Action button in the top right-hand corner
3. Choose View all Substantiations 
4. Click the red Plus button next to add new 
5. Fill out the details
