Marking an Offer as Fallen

Rex does not allow an Offer to be deleted - it can however, be marked as 'Fallen' from the Legal tab.

To do this:

1. Open the listing record
2. Open the Legal tab
3. Under the Offers section, hover over the relevant Offer & click the dropdown arrow
4. Select Change Status
5. Select Mark As Fallen
6. Add in the Reason & Date
7. Select Save
