Keeping the Offer status up to date for your Listings is essential for ensuring that your Offer Reminders appear in the Dashboard and that your Listings are showing in the correct status on the portals. You can change the status of an Offer entered against a Listing from the Legal tab.
- Open the listing record
- Open the Legal tab
- Under the Offers section, hover over the relevant Offer & click the dropdown arrow
- Select Change Status
Within this dialogue, you can update the received, communicated, accepted, exchanged & completed status.
Once you tick the 'Accepted' box to mark the Offer as Accepted, this information is pushed to the portals to show the listing is under offer/Sold STC.
Important Note: Marking an offer as Completed will not remove the Listing from the portals. Once your Listing is Sold and you no longer wish to advertise it online, you will need to mark the Listing as Sold/Leased/Withdrawn. Please see - Archiving Listings
