The Market Lead record provides you with a few options within the right-hand sidebar.
- Lead Assignment
- Lead Qualification
- Change Log
Market Leads can be assigned to specific users within the Rex Account. When selecting "Assign Lead" a pop-up dialog the same as the below will appear;
This allows you to choose the lead assignee, as well as the claim basis. This just means that you can select the reason as to why this specific user is claiming the lead. The claim basis reasons are added as custom values. No ad-hoc values can be added in this section.
Once the lead has been assigned, it'll show who the lead was assigned by, who it is now assigned to & also an option to re-assign the lead.
This section will track the process of the qualification of an enquiry. A lead can be qualified by collecting more information about it - assigning the lead & completing the contact and property information.
Because the lead has already been assigned, you'll see a tick to say that this has been completed.
Any incomplete sections will show with a black dot next to the item. If you click on the red icon that appears next to Lead Qualification, you can see exactly waht needs to be completed to be able to qualify that item;
You can see that it will show what needs to be completed to be able to qualify the contact & property information.
You're provided with an option to attach a property or contact directly from this pop-up dialouge.
This section provides an option to add tags to the record. You'll just need to hover over "Tags" and click on the Pen Icon that appears. You can use both System Tags & Ad-Hoc tags here.
This section provides an option to be able to amend the owner & user permissions to the record. You'll just need to hover over "Permissions" and click on the Pen Icon that appears.
