To add records to your Campaign, follow these steps;
- From the Campaign list view, select the relevant campaign
- Click the Plus button in the Records section
- Type the required record name/s to search and select (you can add multiple records at a time)
- Set the appropriate status for these records IE. Pending, Success, or Failed
- Click Save
When adding a Property record to a 'phone call' Campaign, we'll assign the phone number from the first related Contact record that is an owner of the Property.
When adding a Property record to a 'door knock' Campaign, we'll assign the physical address from the first related Property record that is owned by the Contact.
Assigned records can be manually changed at any time from the campaign page itself.
