The Campaigns feature allows users to manage door knocking and calling campaigns with Rex.
It is an excellent prospecting tool that lets you track and log outcomes against a list of Contacts, Properties or Market Leads, making systematic follow-up easy. If you've ever manually created call lists using spreadsheet software, using Campaigns is a fantastic alternative.
Primary records (Contacts, Properties) can be added to a campaign, and their status within the campaign can be tracked by logging any activity/interactions as well as updating the current status of the record within the campaign.
Campaigns also tie in especially well with Market Lead records, which will display additional campaign-related data in the Market Leads list and in record views.
To view all campaigns:
- Select the 'Leads' option from the left side menu
- Select 'All Campaigns' under the 'Campaigns' section
Select the 'My Campaigns' option to view only your own Campaigns instead.
