What are Marketing Credits?
Marketing Credits are used for sending Newsletters and SMS messages.
We use a Third Party service to send Newsletters to avoid Spam filters and allow message tracking, which incurs a charge. Tracking includes; which of your clients have clicked on it, how many times they have opened, whether any contacts have unsubscribed, and emails that have ‘bounced’ (unable to be sent).
The first 250 emails sent in any marketing campaign are included as a part of your monthly subscription. However, any additional emails will be charged at the cost of 1 credit per 40 emails. We also charge 1 credit for every SMS (up to 160 characters).
Marketing credits can be purchased from Rex either as a monthly plan or as one-off purchases.
Marketing credits purchased on the monthly plan are not carried over from month to month - they expire at the end of each calendar month.
Alternatively, you can purchase 1000 credits once-off at a price of $200 + GST, which do not expire at the end of the month.

Effective from 20th February 2020. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is exclusive of GST.

Please note:
- It can take up to 24 hours for marketing credits to be processed and added to your account - please plan your credit requests accordingly.
- A space is counted as a character in all types of SMS counts. Please ensure you double check the final characters in any SMS sends before sending.
