Pocket by Rex offers the 3 primary areas of Rex Desktop - Contacts, Properties and Listings. It also has other areas of functionality, but we'll discuss them further in other help articles.
Contacts
The contacts section in Pocket offers most of the core features from Rex Desktop. They are listed below:
- Adding new contacts/companies
- Editing existing contacts/companies
- Adding/Editing tags to contact records
- Calling, SMSing and Emailing contacts
Properties
The properties section in Pocket offers most of the core features from Rex Desktop. They are listed below:
- Adding new properties
- Editing existing properties
- Adding/Editing tags to property records
- Access to the Stream
- Adding/Editing Features, Valuations and Rates on property records
- Access to the stream, reminders, OABs, Appraisals, Documents and Related Contacts for property records
- Access to the History of the property record
- The ability to list a property and create a new listing record
Listings
The listings section in Pocket offers most of the core features from Rex Desktop. They are listed below:
- Access to Current, Sold, Leased and Withdrawn listing records
- Adding/Editing tags to listing records
- Access to edit certain sections of the listing record (Listing Agents, Price, etc)
- Adding/Editing Features, Valuations and Rates on property records
- Access to the stream, feedback tab, contracts, events (open homes/auctions), reminders, Documents and Related Contacts for listing records
- Access to the History of the listing record
