If you have a user leave and have a new staff member who will use the same email address, you could change the profile details to the new user. To do this you need to:
- If you're logged in with your own Rex login, click in the top right-hand corner on Hi (Username) > Logout - this should take you to the login screen
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address that will be assigned to the new user
- Click Reset Password - this will send a password reset email to that email address. Follow instructions to reset the password
- Go back to the login screen
- Login with the new password you have set
- In the top right-hand corner, click Hi (Username) > Profile
- Update any details to the new user
- Click Save Changes
The new user can either use the new password you set, or reset and create their own.
Please Note: You must have access to the old user's email address for this to work.
