Brochures: Mass Brochure Generation

Going through and manually generating brochures one by one from each individual Listing record can be a bit of a time sink. A quicker way to do this is to generate brochures from the Listing list view.

1. Go to 'Listings' > 'Current'
2. Filter your Listings however you like if required
3. Select the ones you want by clicking the checkbox, or select all by clicking the first checkbox
4. Click 'Report' > 'Mass Brochure'
5. Choose the Brochure you wish to use
6. Click 'Generate Brochure'
7. Click 'Download Brochure'

Now that you have the PDF, you can open it and print it out from your PDF viewer.
