Once you've attached or created forms against a record, the form is displayed in the REI Forms list dialog:
Moving over the record provides access to the following actions:
- Push latest form details (blue arrow button)
- Get form link
- Duplicate form
- Un-attach
- Delete on REI forms
- Edit contacts (only available if contacts are required for the form)
Note: The following sections describe each action in detail. Please read on for a detailed overview of each action.
Push latest form details
The association between the forms displayed in the REI Forms list dialog and the forms present at REI Forms Live is managed internally by Rex.
While interacting with forms in Rex, you're viewing a local index describing the actual form that exists on REI Forms Live.
With the local Rex entry you're given the option to alter certain data about the forms such as attached Contacts and Agents.
Once you've performed local changes to the form in Rex, the details aren't transferred to the actual form until you have clicked Push latest form details:

The actual form on REI Forms Live can be viewed by clicking this action. You will be presented with a dialog which generates a URL for the form.
Duplicate form
Clicking this button brings up the following dialog:

You're required to enter a new name for the form you wish to duplicate.
Rex then communicates with REI Forms Live and performs the duplicate form action and also attaches the new form to the current record.
If you enter the same name as the current form you will be presented with an error to fix the mistake.
Un-attach
This action simply removes the local index in Rex, the form will still exist in REI Forms Live.
You will be presented with the following confirmation dialog:
Taking note of the form ID (#2957) you can perform re-attachment of the specified form via the Attach form button on the list dialog.
Delete on REI forms
This action removes the form from REI Forms Live and removes the index from Rex.
After deleting a form, you're no longer able to re-attach since the form will no longer exist at REI Forms Live.
Only delete a form when you're absolutely sure you wish to discard it.
Edit contacts
This action brings up the Contact / Agent attachment dialog relating to the current form.
After altering attached contacts, the changes aren't reflected on the REI Forms Live form until you push latest details.
