Before users can start using the PriceFinder integration, there are a few things that an Admin user needs to do.

First thing you need to do is turn on the integration:
- From the left side menu go to Admin > Integrations
- Click on Discover on the left-hand side
- Click on the PriceFinder integration or search by the name
- Click Activate
- Enter a name for the connection - this is just a name, so you can call it whatever you like
- Click Activate
Linking the Integration to the State you are in
Once you have the integration turned on, you need to choose which state this integration will be used in :
- Find the integration you just setup in the Active section and click on Edit
- Click the red Edit button next to Account Details
- Choose the State in which your account is active for
- Click Save
Allow Users to Import Properties
Now that you've got the integration linked to your account, you can set up each user's permissions to import Properties. If you don't want them to be able to import Properties to Rex, skip this step. To allow this:
- Hover over the username of the user you want to set this for
- Click the Dropdown button
- Choose Edit Permissions
- Check the checkbox next to Property Import
- Click Save
Once this has been completed, the user will be able to import properties from PriceFinder - see PriceFinder - Importing Properties
Setting User Credentials
The final step here is input the users PriceFinder accounts so they can use the integration. This is something they can complete themselves - send them to this link for more info - PriceFinder - Agent Set Up Process
If you want, you can set on their behalf if you have their PriceFinder username and passwords. To do this:
- Hover over the username you want to enter log in details for
- Choose Edit Credentials
- Enter their PriceFinder Username and Password - before entering them, it might pay to go to the PriceFinder website and make sure you can log in okay
- Click Save
- Repeat for each user
