An integration has been built for the purpose of syncing data from Homepass’ feedback application back to Rex.
The sync process imports activities relating to three particular types of objects from Homepass on a regular schedule (every 5 minutes).
- Contact Creation / Update
- Check-in Creation / Deletion
- Note Addition / Updates
