Once your user has the necessary privileges to import from the CoreLogic integration (see Privileges), you'll be able to import property info by bulk - either by a searching for a street name, or by drawing an area over a map.
Accessing the Importing Screen
After you've been granted the right privileges, you'll need to:
- Reload Rex by going to the top right-hand corner of Rex, click on the icon that shows your initials (eg "RT") or your profile picture & Click on Reload
- This should reveal a new menu item in the left side menu called Applications where you can choose the integration you want to use
Note: If you don't see this option, your admin user has not given you permissions to import. Please contact them and refer them to CoreLogic - Admin Set Up Process - specifically, the steps found under Allows Users to Import Properties.
In the new window, you'll see the Import button (we'll cover that next), and a list of Past Completed Imports. This will tell you how many records were processed, when and also a log you can view.

- When you're ready to import, click Continue to Import
- You'll now see a status bar showing the currently active imports - please note, it can take some time to import a large number of records
Note: There are a few restrictions to consider while importing. There's a limit of 1000 records per import - this is to make sure we don't send too many requests to RP Data, which could lead to speed issues in Rex. Also, when using the map import, if you draw over multiple suburbs, it will only import from the suburb that takes up more area in what you've drawn. Again, this is to stop potential speed issues. To get around this, draw smaller areas over the map where you want to import.
