Now that you have set up the integration and updated you margin and templates, you can start to send letters off to CRM 2 Print. The process is the same as before - you just have a few new options.
Generating the Merge and Submitting to CRM 2 Print
- Perform your letter merge as you normally would
- Click Download or Email Merge PDF, you'll see a new option - Send via Mailing Service
- Click Send via Mailing Service to be presented with your quote for your letter
- If you want your letter to Print Double Sided, tick the print double sided option
- Depending on your privileges, click either:
- Submit for Approval - Admin users will need to login to CRM 2 Print to approve the order, or;
- Send Order - Order is sent immediately and doesn't need to be approved.
