Pocket allows you the ability to be able to quickly send off Email & SMS merges directly from your mobile phone. You have the option to write a custom merge or use one of your existing Rex merge templates. Anything you send via Pocket is automatically filed against the related Contact or Property Record.
To send merges straight from your device using Pocket, just follow the steps below:
- Open up your contact record
- Select Contact (Contact Name)
- Select either Email or SMS
- If needed, add the related listing, property, project or project stage
- If using a template, select Use Email/SMS Template
- Select your Email or SMS template
- Amend your Subject Line if required
- Select Preview Email/SMS to view your template
- If sending an on-the-fly merge, just add in your Subject and Email/SMS text
- Attach any documents or images if required
- Select Send Email/SMS in the top right-hand corner
