If you wish to delete a user, we highly recommend you perform the steps in this article first: An agent has left - what should I do?.
If you just want to delete the user without reassining anything, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Users & Security
- Open the users profile
- Click Delete
- Click Confirm Delete
Once the above steps have been completed, the user will no longer be able to access Rex.
Please Note: Deleting the user archives them - this means that they will still have records assigned to them. If you need to add them later, anything that belonged to them before deletion will still be assigned.
DISCLAIMER: When you delete a user from Rex, your available user slots does not decrease. You will need to reach out to support@rexsoftware.com.au to request any reduction to your users, as this may have an impact on your monthly subscription costs. (Minimum User Slots is 5).
