Advertising Packs

Once you have added some Advertising Providers and the Products they supply, you could create Advertising Packs. This is a grouping of VPA that you could offer your Vendors. For example, you could have a Gold Pack, 10 different products in it, a Silver Pack with 7 and a Bronze with 5. This makes it quicker for admin staff to add Products to the VPA section on a listing.

You can get here by going to Settings > Advert Providers & Packs then choosing Advertising Packs on the left. 

Create a new Advertising Pack

First step that you need to do is create the Advertising pack for the Products to be entered into:

1. Click the Advertising Packs tab
2. Click the + button at the top
3. Enter a Pack Name
4. Enter a Description
5. Click Save

Add Products to the Adveristing Pack

Now that we have a Advertising Pack, we can add the different Products/Services that the pack will include. If you just created the Pack, you'll see a new window - if you are modifying an existing Pack, just click on their name. If you need to modify the Packs details, click the Red Edit button next to it's name. To add Products:

1. Click + Add Product
2. Select a Provider from the dropdown
3. Select a Product listed under that provider in the dropdown
4. If you want to change the pricing for this Product in the Pack, click Override price
5. Click Save
6. Repeat steps for the additional Products in the pack

Duplicate an existing Advertising Pack

If you have packs that are similar, but with minor changes, you could look at duplicating that pack:

1. Open the pack you wish to duplicate
2. Click Duplicate
3. Name the new pack and add a description
4. Click Save

This will open your new pack where you can edit line items as required.
