The steps below will allow you to create a new Mailing List within Rex.
- From the left side menu go to Settings > Under Customisations, go to Custom Values, Tags & Mailing Lists
- Click Mailing Lists from the left-hand sidebar
- Click the '+' button
- Type the Mailing List name
- Add a description
- Click Done
