System Tags: Adding and Removing Tags from Records
Adding a System Tag to a Record
- Open the Contact Record
- From the right-hand pane, select the Red 'pen' icon next to 'Tags'
- Click the Grey drop-down box with the 'Tag' symbol
- Select a Tag from the drop-down
- This will add the selected Tag to the 'Tags' list
- Click 'Save Tags'
Adding an adhoc Tag to a Record
- Open the Contact Record
- From the right-hand pane, select the Red 'pen' icon next to Tags
- Free type the Tag name
- Press enter on your keypad to add the Tag to the list
- Once adhoc tags have been added, click 'Save Tags'
Removing a Tag from a Record
- Open the Contact Record
- From the right-hand pane, select the Red 'pen' icon next to Tags
- Click the 'x' next to the Tag you want to delete
- This will remove the Tag from the 'Tags' list
- Click 'Save Tags'
