The following steps outline how to close a sales trust account:
- Go to Admin > Financials > Trust
- Select the relevant trust account
- Click the red edit icon next to 'Account details'
- Click Close Account
- Click Confirm
Note: A trust account may only be closed once it has a nil balance. Rex will not allow you to close a trust account if a positive balance remains.
