If you want to use Leads for sites other than Domain and Realestate.com.au, you'll need to add their details to the Trusted email list. This list is to stop spam from coming through to the Leads Dropbox. Contact Rex support for a list of popular trusted email addresses. There are two locations to make changes to trusted e-mails:
- From an individual agent's profile - Agents can add trusted addresses pertinent to their Listings
- System-wide for all users - This is a better option as all agents will probably use the same portals
From individual Agent's profile
To do this, the agent will need to:
- In the top right-hand corner of Rex, click on your initials (or a small profile image) > My Settings > Leads
- Click the plus Symbol next to add a trusted email
- Enter a star, followed by the portals email address the enquiries come from e.g. *@portalemail.com.au
- At the bottom under Attempt to Parse Automatically, choose Yes/No - For more info, please see Leads: Auto Parsing
- Click Done
- Click Save Changes
Note that Auto-Parsing can be toggled from the Agent's Trusted Email Addresses menu as well as the Admin > Advanced Settings menu. This will auto-process or update the Contact records of new enquiries for that Agent's Leads only, and won't toggle Auto-Parsing for other Agents.
System-wide for all users
This must be performed by an admin user:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Leads
- Hover over your list of System Trusted Emails and click on the dropdown button
- Click the plus symbol next to add a trusted email
- Enter a star, followed by the portals email address the enquiries come from e.g. *@portalemail.com.au
- At the bottom under Attempt to Parse Automatically, choose Yes/No - For more info, please see Leads: Auto Parsing
- Click Done
- Click Save Changes
