When a newsletter campaign is sent and an email bounces, Rex will notify you of this.
You can see these bounces in your 'statistics' on a sent campaign, and you can access this by following the below steps:
- Go to Admin > Newsletters
- Open the sent newsletter you would like the information on
- Click the blue bounces link
From here you're able to open the contact module and either edit the email address as required, or you can unsubscribe the contact from the mailing list to prevent an email sending through in future.
To prevent general emails being sent to this contact, you will either need to remove the email address completely, and perhaps make a note in the contact record that the email address has previously bounced.
Invalid Email Address
'Invalid' email addresses are those that are structured incorrectly eg. daisy#rexrealestate..com.au rather than daisy@rexrealestate.com.au. Your Newsletter Campaign is not sent to these contacts.
