The first step in the Commission Pay Run is to select and review the relevant agent ledgers.
The new screen is split up into:
- Navigation along the top (this the same as the other steps in commission pay run):
- Save and Exit - click this if you want to save this as a draft to continue later
- Choose which step you would link with the numbered buttons
- Go forward/backward between the step in the top right-hand corner
- Summary of agents at the bottom:
- Agent name
- Last modified - when the ledger was last modified
- Total commission payable - commission payable from the agent ledger
To continue with the commission pay run:
- Check the box next to agent you want to include in the pay run
- Move onto the next step by clicking the Forward Arrow in the top right-hand corner, or by clicking Step 2 - Edit Commissions
