Before a user can access any of the sales trust modules, they must have sufficient privileges. If ‘Trust’ is not an available option from the admin menu, you will need to speak with the account owner for your Rex account (generally your principal or licensee).
To ensure sales trust is active or to grant users access, you will need to follow the steps below;
- Go to Admin > Users & Security
- Select the relevant user
- Select the Privileges tab
- Click Switch to advanced privileges mode
- Click the red + symbol to add the relevant privilege set
- Search 'trust' and check the checkboxes next to Listings Trust and IBD and Admin Trust – reconciliation and banking for full trust access - add only relevant permissions if you desire more restrictive access for users
- Click Add Selected Sets
The user who has had additional privileges added should reload Rex. They can do this by going to Hi Their Name in the top right hand corner of Rex and selecting Reload
