Deductions can be added for specific users in this section. Once a deduction has been added for an Agent in this section, whenever this agent appears on a Commission Worksheet, this deduction will automatically be added.
Please note that the defaults can be modified on a case by case basis after they have been added to the commissions worksheet.
To create an Agent Deduction:
- Go to Settings from the left side menu > Commissions
- Click on Agent Deductions
- Click on the + Symbol to add a new deduction
- Add in the name of the Agent & select Save
Now you'll have the structure to add in the agents deductions. To do this, just click on "Add Another Deduction".
