If you've published a brand new Listing and it's not fed to realestate.com.au, it's likely that the Listing will show an upload error in the 'Portal Settings'. You can view more details of the error by clicking 'see error log' as per the below screenshot.
The 'error log' will let you know whether it's best to contact Rex Software Support or to go directly to realestate.com.au Support directly to have the issue fixed.
Note: Depending on the error message shown, it's best to follow the instructions included there on who to contact first. For some portal errors, they can not be addressed by Rex Support and need to be sent directly to the portals support team.
If the Property has been recently listed, it's most likely not appearing on realestate.com.au due to their policy which stops you from listing the same Property twice within 60 days. The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for realestate.com.au can be found here, see term 4.1.16.
This is quite easy to resolve:
Withdraw the current Listing
- Open the Listing which is not appearing on realestate.com.au
- Click 'More' > 'Mark as Sold/Withdrawn' or 'Mark as Leased/Withdrawn' (if the listing is a Rental)
- Select 'Withdrawn' from the dropdown
- Provide a reason for the withdrawal
- Click 'Save'
List previously withdrawn Listing
- Open your previously Sold/Leased record (easiest way to do this is to complete a search on the address & click 'Load More')
- Click 'More' > 'Unarchive'
- Enter the reason 'Back on Market' from the dropdown
- Click 'Save'
