At some stage, you might want to change the Portal feed status. This might be when you want to start feeding a Listing to a portal, stop feeding to a portal/portals, or pause a feed so that changes made in Rex aren't sent to the portals, for example.
Most commonly, you use this after setting up a new portal - as only new Listings will be automatically sent. Any existing Listings need to be set to feed to the new portal.
There's two ways that you can do this:
- From an individual Listing Record
- As mass action across multiple Listings
Changing Portal Status from a Listing
- Open the Listing
- Hover over Portal Settings in the right-hand bar
- Click the 'edit' (Red pen) icon
- Hover over the portal you want to update
- Click the 'Play' icon
- Click 'Save'
