The Legal tab is where you add all of your contract info for a listing. It's broken down into 3 different sections:
- Property Legal Details - Enter all the legal details of the property
- Vendor Legal Details - User this section to enter all of the vendors legal details
- Contracts - The contracts section is where you add and manage your attached to the listing
Entering a Contract
To add a contract you need to:
- Click the red + add contract button
- Fill out all the required info - any dates you enter will appear as reminders for the Selling Agent
- Click Save

This will create a new offer in the system. You can edit the "under offer" contract by:
- Hover over Contract and click on dropdown button
- Choose Edit
Changing Contract Status
Once the contract is accepted you need to change the status. This will make the listing show as Under Contract on the Portals and you'll be able to start the commissions worksheet.
- Hover over Contract and click on dropdown button
- Choose Change Status
In the new window, you can update the contract statuses. Slide the bars to Yes or No, make sure the date is correct and click Save.
If the Contract falls over, just click on Mark as Fallen and click on Save.
Other Contract Options
There are a few other options you can access from the dropdown button on a contract.
- Print Sales Advice - Choose this option will create a pdf sales advice
- View Audit Logs - Clicking this will show you Audit log so you can see what has been changed and by who
- Manage REI forms - If you have REI Forms setup, you can open the linked form
