In this section, you have the below options:
- Offer Level - This is our reasonable expectation of the price that the Listing will sell for. This may differ from the price the Vendor has chosen to list the Property for.
- Price Ranking - This is the ranking of the Vendor’s asking price, which may be the Advertising Price or may be the Match Price. One is bad and five is good – so the closer we think the asking price is to the price we think the Property will sell for, the higher the ranking.
- Feedback Guidelines - This area is for any guidelines we'd like to set around Feedback being entered on the Listing. A couple of examples may be that all Feedback needs to be communicated through the Vendor's Agent, needs to be communicated in writing, or needs to be communicated by the phone etc.
Also, you can add any notes. If you’re dealing with a large volume of Listings, it’s nice to remember the particular requirements about your individual Vendor.
It may be beneficial if you’re in an office which is fairly open & allows Buyers Agents to contact the Vendor. This helps to explain some of the subtleties that exist around Feedback Guidelines for a particular Vendor.
When you've entered the required info, click ‘save’ and you’ll see that those particular sections update for us. We now have a clear Offer Level and a clear Price Ranking.
