Rex’s listings module has features for managing advertising, e-marketing, print-marketing, vendor relationships and contracts. Rex gives real estate sales staff the ability to manage their own listings with strong oversight ability.
Store files for easy reference
Rex lets you store important property documents like signed listing authorities, contracts, titles, high-resolution images, etc. in secure cloud storage. You can also store documents against property and contact records. Once uploaded, files can be accessed anytime from Rex (you can archive your physical files faster). Document uploads are also supported for property and contact records.
Document sharing
Rex allows you to create publicly accessible links for documents uploaded to listings. This makes it easy to share additional marketing material and documentation required for disclosure/compliance reasons. One or more links to documents stored in listing document libraries can be shared inside an office or sent externally to clients and other Rex contacts via email merge.
Document storage and deletion permissions
Rex includes fine-grained permissions to control a users’ right to add, update and delete documents from a document library. This ensure that documents stored for compliance reasons can be safeguarded.
Vendor reporting that incorporates feedback and chart-based analysis
The vendor feedback reports can include details about:
- Portal enquiries and one-on-one buyer inspections
- Attendance and individual feedback at open for inspections
- Proposed price reductions and offers as well as formal record of other agent-vendor conversations
Printed or PDF Reports sent to vendors can optionally include/exclude each feedback type as well as showing charts and visuals that track one-on-one buyer inspections, enquiries and OFI attendance.
View our help content available for vendor reports under the reporting module.
Feedback workflow tracks inspections and approval of feedback for vendor review
The listing feedback functionality in Rex lets agents record and report on buyer/inspection feedback to their vendors. If someone other than the listing agent takes a buyer through a property, that buyer’s feedback can be recorded against the listing by the buyer’s agent. Their feedback is then displayed for review and reporting approval on the listing agent(s) dashboard.
Rex’s real estate-specific feedback reporting workflow gives listing agents control to ensure that feedback goes back to vendors. This level of reporting gives vendors complete visibility on the hard work that agents are doing to get their property sold.
Comprehensive property portal support for Australia and New Zealand
Rex uploads to 35 Australian, New Zealand and international real estate sites. For supported portals (including all Australian portals, and trademe.co.nz) Rex uploads immediately following any change to a given listing. The list of default supported portals grows constantly.
To facilitate easy access to agency listing data, Rex also supports custom uploads to other endpoints (including smaller portals or your own website). Uploads are supported in any one of the Australian-native property portal upload standards (including REAXML, REIV, REIWA, Domain and realestate.co.nz).
Validation checking ensures properties are valid and gives helpful advice for fixing invalid listings
Before allowing publication, Rex validates any given listing for the publication requirements of the web portals it will be uploaded to. To avoid frequent errors, upload is restricted to properties that are deemed valid. Rex provides you with helpful corrective actions to ensure a property is valid before it is published.
Generate picture-perfect window cards and brochures in a single click
As soon as listing details are added and images are uploaded into Rex users can effortlessly generate eye-catching brochures that perfectly match your agency’s brand/colour scheme.
Rex includes several default brochure templates (A4, 3-up DL, Just Sold, Just Listed, etc.) that can be used as they are, or adjusted to suit the particular requirements of your brand.
Manage sale and purchase contracts, leases and investor holds
Rex covers the entire contract management workflow. This includes management of multiple offers, backup offers (in New Zealand) and solicitor/conveyancer correspondence on settlement.
Contract tracking includes entry and follow-up of key dates, including deposit, finance and special condition dates.
Track acceptance, deposits, conditions and settlement
Rex includes a status update dialogue allowing you to update the status of various key contract dates and a dedicated dashboard stream to help contract agents and administrators follow up payment of deposits/satisfaction of conditions etc.
Acceptance/condition tracking includes a verification step that is privilege restricted to users with administrative privileges. This makes sure contract status information is always accurate for financial, operational and franchise reporting.
Consolidate your leads into one digital log
With a special email address, Rex can pull enquiries straight from a portal or your own website and enter them into your ‘Leads enquiry log’. Other enquiries – such as walk-ins or phone calls – can be manually entered quickly and easily.
From here, you have a consolidated backlog of leads to follow up within your Rex account. For more information on leads functionality please refer to our leads help content.
Drag and drop photo uploads with auto-resize
Our image upload functionality is one of our users all-time favourite features. The easy to use ‘drag and drop’ functionality makes managing your listing photos a breeze. Simply drop one or more photos onto the listing image screen from your desktop or other folder; Rex will automatically resize and upload the images to your listing. Changing image order is also a quick drag and drop process.
