The Buildings module allows individual Properties and Listings to be grouped against a Building record.
Building record views show active Listings and sold data for the Building as well as summary information on average sale values and Properties available for sale/lease.
Basic summary information, including a primary image and location details can be stored against the primary Building record.
The module can be used to build out a full list of Properties available in the relevant Building via a quick Property creation workflow. For those building on top of an existing base of data, existing Property records can be quickly associated with Buildings either manually or via intelligent address matching.
Using the Building module, you can easily access all associated records including addresses, maps and images - and view readily available statistics about the Building.
The Buildings module can be accessed in the Properties menu by hovering over Properties in the left side menu & clicking on All Buildings.
