Searching for Appraisals

You can search for either all the appraisals in your database, or ever break down the search further to reveal specific appraisals. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Properties module
2. Click Filter Properties
3. Click Advanced
4. Click Add criteria - Appraisal specific criteria includes:
5. Property Status - Current Appraisal
   • Appraisals - Record id
   • Appraisals - Created Time
   • Appraisals - Appraisal Date
   • Appraisals - Status
   • Appraisals - Archive Reason
   • Appraisals - Lost to Agency
   • Appraisals - Agent
   • Appraisals - Interest Level
6. Add additional criteria to the other fields in the Advanced Filter box
7. Click Filter

This will filter down the results as per the information entered into the Advanced Filter.
