Adding an Appraisal

To add an appraisal to a Property record in Rex, follow these steps:

1. Go to Properties
2. Select the Property record you want to add an Appraisal record to, or create one: see Adding a Property Record
3. Go to the Appraisals tab
4. Click + Add Appraisal
5. Add the date of the Appraisal
6. Add their interest level (Hot, Warm or Cold)
7. Add the agent who conducted the Appraisal - you can add up to 2 agents
8. Add a min and max price
9. Add the vendors asking price
10. Add rent (per week). If not rented, add an approximation
11. Select Save

The Appraisal will now be listed under 'Active Appraisals' in the Appraisals tab on the Property record.
