In the right-hand pane of Property records, you'll see at the top the 'History' section. This section tracks the different states this Property has had - so when it was listed, sold, leased, appraised, etc.
Clicking on any of the states will take you through to that particular record. This is helpful if you want to go back to an older record to relist, or update sale info.
Viewing the History
- From the Property record, you'll see the History at the top of the right-hand pane. If your Property hasn't had any previous history, this section will be blank. If your Property has had history, you'll see a list of the last few states - up to four.
- The states will be in chronological order, so the last state it was in will show at the top.
- To view all history on the Property, click 'view full history'
