More Info Tab on a Property Record

The 'More Info' tab is split off into the following sections:

• Features - Enter the features of the Property (Air Conditioning, Built in Wardrobes, Deck, etc). The features included in Rex are from a current list of supported features by Realestate.com.au. For info on adding your own, see Custom Values: Adding Custom System Values
• Views - Any views the Property has, like City, Ocean, Mountain, etc
• Other Details - Enter the exterior for the Property, roofing and the energy rating
• Valuation - The most recent valuation can be inserted here
• Rates - The current rates on the Property
