Rex understands that you run your real estate agency in your own unique way. That’s why we provide comprehensive Property type support and give you the option to record and store your own custom data in the system. Rex molds around the way you do business, so you don’t have to mold your agency around the CRM you use.
Important Note: What's the difference between a Property record and a Listing record? Well, the Property record is a record of the actual, physical location/building. The Listing record is only the related sale/rental, etc of a Property. As there can be many sales of a single Property, there is only ever 1 property record, yet there may be multiple Listing records.
Prospect your local area with all the information you need available at a glance
You’ve worked hard to build up a database of Properties to prospect. Property records in Rex give you quick access to core Property info (beds, baths etc) as well as current and historic photos. There’s also quick access to related Contacts like current and past Owners. It also has an archive that shows historic sales and appraisal information, and even a map for better context. Everything you need to prospect in one place.
Access info for current and past Owners and Tenants from a single location
The right bar on a Property record shows details of past and current Owners, Tenants and other Contacts with any relationship with a Property. The related record pop-out lets you view Contact details, send emails and add notes without leaving the Property record. Notes and reminders added against a Property can also be immediately attached to any related Contact records from the Property record view.
See your agency’s entire history with a Property
Real estate is a long game. Rex shows you every interaction you and other agents in your area have ever had with a Property. Sales, appraisals, withdrawals, other agents’ boards – it’s all there at your fingertips.
