In the right-hand bar, you have the Property history as well as options around related Contacts, Tags, Third Party Extensions, Permissions, the Change Log and the location on the map.
You can view past Property history from the history stream. By clicking 'view full history' you'll be able to view a log of history since the Property was entered in Rex. The history will show OAB, Appraisal, Listed, Sold and Leased data. Clicking on any of the listed items will take you to the relevant record.
Related Contacts allows you to track Contacts who are somehow related to the Property. This may be past and current Owners or past and current Tenants of the Property.
Tags on a Property will feed through to any Listing records attached to the Property. If you add Tags to the Listing record, they'll also attach to the Property record.
Third Party Extensions
Third Party Integrations allows you to access third party integration which you have setup for your account. An example might be the Core Logic integration. Clicking on the extension will push property data to their service.
You can set who has access to the record from this section. You can also change privileges and the record owner.
View Change Log
The change log shows any changes that have been made to the Property record.
Rex will attempt to work out where the Property is located based off the address. If the map is wrong, click on the 'Edit' pencil icon to adjust the location, then 'Save'. This will update any attached Listing record's map if you have a Siteloft/Rex website, but won't update the location displayed on the portals. The portals work out location based on the address, so if it's not displaying correctly, you might need to update the address.
