How to Start Sending Automatic Match Updates

Listings will begin sending Match Alerts as soon as the Listing is published, as long as Make Available for Automatic Updates has been ticked in Publish Settings.

If you've already sent the New Listing campaign to your existing Contacts, but you've since added more Contacts into Rex, you'll need to perform a Partial Resend.

To do this:

1. Go to the Listing Record
2. In the right-hand Publishing Pane, click on Automatic Updates
3. Click on Resend 'New Listing' Alert
4. Click on Partial Resend

This will send the Listing to anyone who matches the criteria but has not yet received the Listing.
