On a Listing Record
To view your campaign's history (who has received notifications, when it was completed, etc.) click Automatic Updates in the right-hand pane of a Listing record.
At the top, you'll see how many alerts have been sent and how many are yet to be sent (pending).
If you click on 'Updates Sent', it'll give you a break down of the number of alerts that have been sent. This number is not a number of Contacts, as Contacts can have multiple Matches, and therefore multiple alerts. Below, you'll see how many Contacts in total, how many were your own Contacts, how many were Agency Contacts and how many were Shared Contacts (for offices that share their listings with other Rex accounts).
When you click on 'Updates Pending', you'll see the same information, but for Contacts who are still yet to receive the notification.
If you wish to view lists of any of these options, just click the number and it'll show you.
At the bottom, you'll see all of the campaigns that have been active on the Listing.
On a Contact Record
You can also view a history of campaigns that have been sent to the Contact, based on their Matches.
This is viewable from the Contact record in the right hand 'Match' pane by clicking on History.
Along the top, you'll see how many Listings have been sent, and the number of those that were agency Listings and shared Listings (only for agencies that share between themselves).
Below that, you'll see the pending campaigns yet to be sent to the Contact.
Finally, you'll see all the campaigns sent to them.
