Create Contacts for people and Company records for total coverage
Rex supports ‘Company’ Contact types, as well as individuals. This helps keep track of clients’ employers and corporate vendors for both Commercial and Residential Listings. It’s also a helpful way to segment your data to ensure you’re not marketing in a personal way to corporate clients. You can relate people to Company Contact records to track places of work.
Track relationships between Contacts in the CRM
The information you have collected on your clients in your CRM has more value when it’s not trapped in isolation. People you’ve already worked with can make introductions and put you in touch with colleagues who want to do business; families are often influential in property purchasing decisions. Rex helps you track these webs of person-to-person relationships by linking individual Contacts to other Contacts, or to Company records.

Properties and people are two basic building blocks of real estate business. Our CRM brings them together with unparalleled simplicity that allows quick data entry and an immediate ability to access details for related Properties from inside a Contact record.
